Designed and open-sourced by K. Hart aka Hartk, the Stealth Burner Toolhead PCB is the latest version available for the NEW StealthBurner Extruder and it makes wiring the extruder toolhead easier and more serviceable for maintenance.

Features:

  • fully soldered and ready to use
  • micro-fit type connector for heater and thermistor (direct compatibility with Revo and Rapido)
  • support for the new RGBW LEDs
  • support for the ERCF filament sensor
  • support for a plug-in external chamber themistor
  • input for the new 5015 blower parts cooling fan
  • input for the 4010 extruder fan
  • input for the round pancake motor from LDO connected on the backside
  • all connectors are now JST PH 2.00mm instead of JST XH of 2.54mm (we send them along with this product so you don’t need to buy them separately)

Along with this product you will receive all the connectors and terminals necessary to attach this PCB to your wire harness, including:

  • 1x 14 Pin 2×7 microfit female connector
  • 2x 2 Pin 1×2 microfit female connector
  • 1x 2 Pin 2×1 microfit female connector
  • 2x 2 pin jst-ph 2.00mm female connector
  • 4x 3 pin jst-ph 2.00mm female connector
  • 1x 4 pin jst-ph 2.00mm female connector
  • 20x molex microfit 3.0mm crimp terminals
  • 20x jst-ph 2.0mm crimp terminals

Technical and Assembly information

Auxiliary Pin configuration
The aux pin can be used for a couple different things, it can be used for an X endstop on the toolhead if you are going with the umbililcal MOD, to do this you need to wire up the x endstop as shown here:

the aux pin can also be used as a header for a plugged in chamber thermistor , to do this you need to wire the thermistor up as shown here

Klicky should be connected to signal (green) and ground (black) only.
