Please, defective goods send to our address with copy of receipt, your phone number and description of problems. You can contact our support for free return by Packeta pickup points.

Complaint procedure

Did you discover a defect in the purchased product? Please contact us on the info line +420 228 227 692 or by e-mail at eshop@sharplayers.eu. In some cases, we will resolve the problem over the phone and thus prevent unnecessary forwarding of shipments, which delays the processing of the matter.

Have you tried the product and it doesn't suit you? Or does the product have a fault that could not be resolved over the phone?
