Magnetic pad for 3d printing, double-sided

New on the PEO-PEI market. PEO will leave beautiful marks on your model just like the smooth pattern of broken glass. The unprecedented innovative PEO will bring you a new visual impression of your print.

On the other side of the pad, the classic PEI powder coating. The pad is strongly magnetic on both sides.

Package contents:

  • PEO/PEI double-sided steel printing plate
  • Magnetic foil with adhesive side

Directions:

  1. Before the first printing, you need to level/level the printer (the distance between the nozzle and the pad is usually A4 paper thickness).
  2. Tear the M3 film off the sticky side of the magnet and stick it to the hotbed (most often aluminum), making sure it is flat and no air bubbles remain underneath.
  3. Place a spring steel print pad on the PEI or PEO side of the adhered magnet pad.
  4. Start printing, the temperature of the bed can be set to 40 °C - 80 °C depending on the situation (do not exceed 80 °C).
  5. Once the temperature has dropped to room temperature, remove the print pad and gently bend it to achieve easy print removal.
  6. (PEO has a cover film, please tear it off before use)
