V6 Heatsink (M7 thread)

Cooler for V6 extruders. Proper removal of excess heat from the hotend is important for successful printing. In the case of insufficient cooling, it is possible that the print string starts to melt before the heatblock and thereby increases the resistance to the feed wheel, this can cause the string to slip and subsequent failed printing.

Heatsink is supplied both in the variant Allmetal/Short (suitable for direct drive extruders) or in the variant Bowden (suitable for inserting PTFE tubes). When choosing, please make sure to enter the correct type, suitable for your machine. If you don't know what to do, we'll be happy to advise you.

For proper cooling, it's a good idea to use a high-quality fan. We recommend buying an additional fan 4010or 3010 and suitable handle.

• BOWDEN version BOWDEN, suitable supplied< strong> threaded at the inlet for screwing the connector to insert the PTFE tube.
• Version ALLMETAL, suitable for DIRECT drive extruders where the heatsink is directly connected to the extruder.
• Version UNIVERSAL, contains a compact connector for inserting a PTFE tube, this version is for example part of the well-known Prusa Mk3. printers.
