Flexmark 8 (TPU) is a special polyurethane developed for 3D printing and to achieve the best results.

In general, Flexmark 8 (TPU) filaments can be processed on a conventional 3D printer with FDM / FFF technology.

We recommend drying the filament before printing at 70° for 2 hours (>3h can cause inconsistent filament melting).

Do not leave the filament inserted inside a heated hotend (>180°C) for more than 20 minutes.

Recommended print settings:

• Nozzle: 215 - 235°C
• Bed: 0 - 45 °C
• Minimum nozzle width: 0.3 mm
• Print Blow: 0 - 50%
• Print speed: 20 - 30 mm/s

• Shore hardness: A 80
• Tensile strength: 50 MPa
• Elongation at break: 750%
• Compressibility: 35%
