Maybe it's all about the kilometers these tires have traveled before being revived to "fuel" your creations and become even more special, or maybe we owe it to the explosive mixture of Swiss precision and Italian passion. Really, what more could you ask for?
EXPENSIVE RESOURCE
From a single tire it is possible to obtain enough pellets for 9 spools of pneumatic fibers of 500 g each.
Illegal tire dumping is a serious threat to public health due to the release of chemicals and pollutants into the surrounding soil, groundwater and rivers.
TRS T-CUT and COLLECT
TRS wants to reinvent tire recycling and transform end-of-life tires into a valuable and sustainable resource to create profitable, sustainable and global solutions for the collection, processing and recycling of end-of-life tires through the development and implementation of innovative technologies and business processes.
Tires are collected and carefully disassembled back into their original three components (two side rings and a central belt): this process greatly simplifies and facilitates the selection and sorting of the necessary raw material.

Recommended print settings:

• Nozzle: 215 °C
• Substrate: 30 °C
• Print Blowout: 20 - 100%
• Print speed: 40 mm/s
• Drying: 2h at 70°C

Parameters (at 23°C / 50% RH):

• Hardness: ShA 80 (ShD 30)
