PC ABS polymer alloy and UL94 V0 certified fiber also used in railway applications and for the automotive industry.

Printable filament certified for fire safety.

Very high mechanical strength and toughness.

Recommended print settings:

• Nozzle: 260 - 280°C
• Bed: 90 - 110 °C
• Minimum nozzle width: 0.4 mm
• Print Blow: 0 - 20%
• Print speed: 25 - 35 mm/s
• Drying: 3 - 4 hours at 80 - 100°C

Parameters (at 23°C / 50% RH):

• Temperature resistance: 86 - 104°C (depending on the application)
• Maximum temperature before combustion: 960°C
• Tensile strength: 54 MPa
• Elongation at break: 120%
• Certification:
  • DIN VDE 0472/part 815 as halogen-free
  • UL94 V0 certified at 1.5mm. and 5VA at 3.0 mm.
  • EN 45545-2 - R22 - R23 - HL1 - HL2
