Elasto A filament for use in the healthcare industry

Elasto A is an elastic, flexible material with a hardness of 95 Shore A.
Long-term reliable prints. The filament is resistant to aggressive skin oils. It has excellent elasticity and high abrasion resistance.

Elasto A is suitable for:

• Elastic joints of prostheses
• Flexible joints

Recommended print settings:

• Nozzle: 220 - 230 °C
• Bed: 50 °C
• Minimum nozzle width: 0.2 mm
• Print Blow: 0 - 60%
• Print speed: 30 - 50 mm/s
• Drying: 3 hours at 60°C

Parameters (at 23°C / 50% RH):

• Tensile strength: 32 MPa
• Elongation at break: >200%
