Carbon Nylon

• Carbon nylon. We only use fibers, not powders. Because it is not using "powdered carbon" but "carbon fiber".
• 100% tested and working. After months of development, Carbonio is ready to print and actually works.
• It is ideal for high-end mechanical applications due to its high tensile modulus.
• Its very low hygroscopicity means you NO longer need to dry the fiber before use.

Recommended print settings:

• Nozzle: 230-250°C
• Substrate: 90-110 °C
• Minimum nozzle width: 0.5 mm
• Print Blow: 0-40%
• Print speed: 40-50 mm/s

• Modulus of elasticity: 9GPa
