Revolutionary printing surface for CR10 3d printers

  • Made in Czech Republic
  • Perfect adhesion of the print at the printing temperature of the substrate (60°C - 120°C)
  • The print will almost automatically bounce off the mat after cooling down (<30°C)

We present to you our new unrivaled printing pad. Thanks to the coarseness of the grains and the type of material, it can hold almost any material firmly, at the same time it is very resistant to damage, because the powder is applied directly to the metal. It is suitable for beginners, advanced and professional printers. It is made with the environment in mind.

  • It can be used on both sides and holds its shape even after bending.
  • The surfaces of the first layer of the print will have a grainy finish.
  • Using a plate with a magnetic pad makes it easier to remove the plate from the printer.
  • If you accidentally scratch the pad, the grain will make the damage less obvious on the print.
  • For advice and tips on how to print on a grainy substrate, we recommend visiting the blog of professionals from PrůšaResearch -> at this link

In the text of the description you will find links to everything that might be useful to you.

Materials that you could not print until now:

  • TPE - you no longer need to print on insulating tape or other foil . The printing pad itself will keep the TPE firmly on the ground.
  • PP (polypropylene) - we offer PP film , but if you level the first layer correctly, you won't need it anymore - Polypropylene sticks very well to the substrate.
  • ASA / ABS - minimization of the lifting of the corners of the print, because these materials stick to the substrate at a temperature of 100°C.

The printing pad is magnetic, so you need it:

  • Fasten with a bed clip
  • Stick a 310x310 mm magnetic sheet  on the aluminum base
  • The best solution => a combination of these two methods -> you will ensure zero lifting of the printing pad even when printing larger parts from ABS / ASA

Recommendations for use:

  • Wash the printing pad with alcohol (never use acetone or other aggressive solvents, it won't directly damage the pad, but maps and unsightly stains will form)
  • Do not scrape the prints from the pad with a steel spatula (you will damage the grainy surface)
  • Do not bend the pad more than 45°
  • Use 3d Lac on the mat for even better adhesion

Guarantee:
