Instructions for use:
Connect the welder to the mains
Select and insert the clip into the welder by pressing (CAUTION! do not press the trigger in any case during this step)
Join the plastic part together with the joint and press
Wet the trigger of the gun and press the clip into the joint
Once the plastic starts to melt, release the trigger and push the clip into the parts
The clip should be approximately 1/3 of the wall thickness of the part, or according to the specific application
Once the clip is in place, pull the gun toward you, the clip will remain in the plastic
Pinch the remains of the clip with pliers

The connection with clips greatly strengthens the connection between the parts, but in many applications it is not possible to use only a clip for the connection. It is best to additionally glue the pieces with instant glue, or to glue them with a substance suitable for a specific type of plastic. This way you will achieve the maximum strength of the connection.
If the part is stressed and you need a beautiful surface, use Bumpersoft sealant for sealing.
