HB BODY P360 Antibody filler. spray - 400ml - more colors

The most versatile base filler based on acrylic resins.

The filler is the second step to a perfect model (the first is the print itself).It has high adhesion to unsanded factory spare parts (OEM / E-COAT ), steel, chrome, TPA, laminate, polyester sealants, plastics such as ABS, ASA, PETG, PLA and resins for 3d printers, new and old plastic bumpers, for surfaces provided with old topcoats (2K ) and base colors (Points 960 and 961). Thanks to its high filling capacity, it can be applied in normal, medium and thick layers. It is easy to sand and has very good filling properties.

Our instructions for use:

• Sand the plastic print (as smooth as possible, with sandpaper P80-P120)
• Thick layer of filler - the filler fills, don't worry about it dripping (let it dry for at least 18-28h)
• Sand to plastic (the filler remains in the joints)
• Several consecutive cycles until the surface is smooth (sandpaper P120-2000):
  • A small layer of filler (drying within 20 min)
  • Grind
  • Possibly putty the deeper joints (Recommended putties: F232 Putty for deeper joints, F216 PRO Putty
• This has covered all the operations with the filler, we further recommend spraying the part with a counter oil varnish, if you want to sand the absolutely perfect surface according to it (sandpaper P2000 and finer, preferably on a stone).
