HARZ Labs Jewelry J-Cast resin is designed for printing cast jewelry models and technical models. More
HARZ Labs Jewelry J-Cast resin is used for printing jewelry and technical models such as rings, bracelets, adapters, cases, gear blanks or even stamps.
The main advantage of this resin is that it is a material with high casting accuracy and minimal shrinkage. It is also used as an alternative to cast wax. Because HARZ Labs Jewelry J-Cast resin has a low odor when printed and does not contain any harmful monomers, it is not a problem to print with it even in smaller rooms.

Ash content | 0,1 % |
Odor | odorless |
Shrinkage | <1 % |
Viscosity | 80 ± 50 mPa·s |
Advantages
Precise - provides highly accurate printing and fit after casting. |
Odorless - resins are odorless and do not cause irritation, so you do not need to use special ventilation. |
Low shrinkage - thanks to the shrinkage of less than 0.5%, you will get the same size as the planned 3D model in the computer program, even after the subsequent curing, the size will not change. |
Zero ash content - almost zero ash content (<0.1%) and high strength allow precision metal and ceramic products to be cast. |
Stable - the resin is very stable, you can leave it in the tub for a long time, it does not sediment and gel, so it does not need to be mixed. |
Easy casting - the thermoplastic behavior of the resin ensures melting in a wide temperature range (250-300 °C) and provides a very smooth surface of cast models. |

How to properly clean the tray of an SLA printer
SLA 3D printers can create high-quality prints with a smooth and sharp texture by curing the resin with light (it can be with a laser or a digital projector). Therefore, SLA printers are becoming more and more popular. But you also need to think about cleaning the printer properly. If you are confused, this article will try to shed some light on the issue of cleaning the tray of an SLA printer.
HARZ Labs resin postprocessing
HARZLabs Psyresin Correct Post-Process Chart.
Proper post-processing of HARZ Labs resin is key to the properties of the printed model. You can learn how to print resin HERE. Curing time depends on the type of resin. For modeling resins, we recommend curing for 10-30 minutes. It is enough that the surface does not stick and the model hardens. To achieve maximum toughness and hardness, the dental resins must be fully cured, a time of 30-60 minutes is recommended.
Print settings for SLA printers
How to print from HARZ Labs resin? You will learn how to choose the basic settings of the SLA 3d printer for HARZLabs resin printing. Each printer requires individual settings. Even within one 3D printer model, different settings may be required (mainly applies to SLA printers with DLP technology). We have collected a wealth of information about 3D printer and resin settings for better user comfort and to achieve the highest possible print quality.
Print settings for (not only) Harzlabs resins
There is a whole range of stereolithography 3D printers. Therefore, we cannot provide specific recommendations for print modes. So this page contains general tips for setting up 3D printers to work with HARZ Labs resins. The page is divided into several sections, and each section will vary from printer to printer (for example, depending on the strength of the UV source or the thickness of the FEP film).
