Harzlabs industrial flexible resin More
HARZ Labs Industrial Flex
The resin is intended for the production of flexible parts.
It can be used as an additive into other HARZ Labs resins to increase toughness.
Industrial Flex flexible resin is a tough material that has mechanical properties close to polyurethane. It can be used to create gaskets and any other flexible parts. HARZ Labs flex resin has good mechanical resistance to load. It is widely used as an additive to other resins to increase elasticity and reduce brittleness. Suitable for use with HARZ Labs resins. High fluidity guarantees simplicity of operations such as pouring and cleaning. The material is completely non-toxic and odorless, so there will be no need for print shop ventilation.
Detailed print settings for your printer can be found here.
The resin has a relatively low viscosity. Reduces alignment time, is easy to clean and provides maximum accuracy in minimum time. | |
The resins are odorless and do not cause any irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation without special techniques. |
|
Reducing less than 1% will give you the same model size as the 3D model on the computer. |
|
The resin does not contain solvents and volatile monomers, irritating compounds. No fumes, no smell and does not cause an allergic reaction |
|
The resin is very stable, you can leave it in the tub for a long time, there is no sedimentation and gel formation - no need to mix and it does not settle. |
|
Resin is hard and tough, reach 82 Shore D hardness, not brittle, you will never damage the model separating it from the base/support |
|
The resin is UV stable. It does not warp even in direct sunlight. It will maintain its dimensions regardless of external influences. |

HARZ Labs resin postprocessing
HARZLabs Psyresin Correct Post-Process Chart.
Proper post-processing of HARZ Labs resin is key to the properties of the printed model. You can learn how to print resin HERE. Curing time depends on the type of resin. For modeling resins, we recommend curing for 10-30 minutes. It is enough that the surface does not stick and the model hardens. To achieve maximum toughness and hardness, the dental resins must be fully cured, a time of 30-60 minutes is recommended.
Print settings for SLA printers
How to print from HARZ Labs resin? You will learn how to choose the basic settings of the SLA 3d printer for HARZLabs resin printing. Each printer requires individual settings. Even within one 3D printer model, different settings may be required (mainly applies to SLA printers with DLP technology). We have collected a wealth of information about 3D printer and resin settings for better user comfort and to achieve the highest possible print quality.
