HARZ Labs Industrial ABS Resin
Industrial resin for SLA ABS printer More
HARZ Labs ABS Resin
Designed for the needs of industrial production. Very high-quality material for printing prototype prints on an SLA 3d printer - LCD and DLP.
Mechanical properties are close to injected ABS. Precise print from ABS resin with high bending resistance. HARZ Labs Industrial ABS is a 3D printing resin designed for creating final parts and prototypes. The fully cured polyurethane based material has similar mechanical properties to ABS injection parts - high hardness and toughness.
Due to its chemical composition, it is a safe material, making it suitable for printing functional final parts such as prosthetics replacements, mechanical parts, functional prototypes, etc. High fluidity guarantees simplicity of operations such as pouring and cleaning. The material can withstand exposure to aggressive chemicals. Virtually zero shrinkage ensures absolute dimensional accuracy. The material does not contain any irritants. Chemically, the material is very stable and can last several months in the printer without any problems.
Detailed print settings for your printer can be found here.
The resin has a relatively low viscosity. Reduces alignment time, is easy to clean and provides maximum accuracy in minimum time. | |
The resins are odorless and do not cause any irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation without special techniques. |
|
Reducing by 0.5% will give you the same model size as the 3D model on the computer. |
|
The resin does not contain solvents and volatile monomers, irritating compounds. No fumes, no smell and does not cause an allergic reaction |
|
The resin is very stable, you can leave it in the tub for a long time, there is no sedimentation and gel formation - no need to mix and it does not settle. |
|
The resin is hard and tough, reach 84 Shore D hardness, not brittle, you will never damage the model separating it from the base/support. |
|
The resin is UV stable. It does not warp even in direct sunlight. It will maintain its dimensions regardless of external influences. |

HARZ Labs resin postprocessing
HARZLabs Psyresin Correct Post-Process Chart.
Proper post-processing of HARZ Labs resin is key to the properties of the printed model. You can learn how to print resin HERE. Curing time depends on the type of resin. For modeling resins, we recommend curing for 10-30 minutes. It is enough that the surface does not stick and the model hardens. To achieve maximum toughness and hardness, the dental resins must be fully cured, a time of 30-60 minutes is recommended.
Print settings for SLA printers
How to print from HARZ Labs resin? You will learn how to choose the basic settings of the SLA 3d printer for HARZLabs resin printing. Each printer requires individual settings. Even within one 3D printer model, different settings may be required (mainly applies to SLA printers with DLP technology). We have collected a wealth of information about 3D printer and resin settings for better user comfort and to achieve the highest possible print quality.
