Harz Labs Dental Sand A1-A2 resin variant designed for Formlabs printers and other SLA 3D printers. Variant for MSLA printers.

Very exclusive and high-quality material for printing temporary dental crowns and bridges or sample models. The resin is odorless, prints are firm, high quality and dimensionally accurate. Non-toxic and completely odorless , which makes it an ideal material for printers in offices and schools. Working with the material is very easy due to its high fluidity. Cleaning the printer and printouts is hassle-free. The prints are very strong and elastic, so the finished parts can withstand both pressure and mechanical stress, the ceramic admixture ensures scratch resistance. The resin is made of biocompatible materials and is able to withstand exposure to many aggressive substances such as acids. Impressions can retain tooth color A1 or A2 for a very long time, even in a chemically aggressive environment.

Proper post-processing of HARZ Labs resin is key to the properties of the printed model. You can learn how to print resin HERE. Curing time depends on the type of resin. For modeling resins, we recommend curing for 10-30 minutes. It is enough that the surface does not stick and the model hardens. To achieve maximum toughness and hardness, the dental resins must be fully cured, a time of 30-60 minutes is recommended.
