Quality resin for sla printing translucent models, usable as dental guards and surgical preparations.
Dental Clear is a clear resin similar to PMMA, intended for printing models in dentistry where transparency is one of the main concerns. They can be demonstration models for surgical planning, splints or surgical guides. High fluidity guarantees simplicity of operations such as pouring and cleaning. The material is absolutely non-toxic and odorless, so there will be no need for print shop ventilation. The material can withstand exposure to aggressive chemicals. Virtually zero shrinkage ensures absolute dimensional accuracy. The material does not contain any irritants and is made from biocompatible materials. The material is hard and strong, so the model will not be damaged when removed from the printing mat. Prints withstand impacts, scratches and extensive mechanical stress.

Advantages
Low shrinkage - thanks to the shrinkage of less than 0.5%, you will get the same size as the planned 3D model in the computer program, even after the subsequent curing, the size will not change. |
Biocompatible - made from biocompatible raw material used in photopolymer dental fillings, meets ISO 10993 standard. |
Viscosity - the resin has a relatively low viscosity. It reduces alignment time, is easy to clean and provides maximum accuracy in minimum time. |
Transparency - highly transparent color that yellows very little. |
Safe - the resin does not contain solvents, volatile monomers or irritating compounds. It has no fumes, so it does not cause allergic reactions. Can be used in the laboratory and at home. |

HARZ Labs resin postprocessing
HARZLabs Psyresin Correct Post-Process Chart.
Proper post-processing of HARZ Labs resin is key to the properties of the printed model. You can learn how to print resin HERE. Curing time depends on the type of resin. For modeling resins, we recommend curing for 10-30 minutes. It is enough that the surface does not stick and the model hardens. To achieve maximum toughness and hardness, the dental resins must be fully cured, a time of 30-60 minutes is recommended.
Print settings for SLA printers
How to print from HARZ Labs resin? You will learn how to choose the basic settings of the SLA 3d printer for HARZLabs resin printing. Each printer requires individual settings. Even within one 3D printer model, different settings may be required (mainly applies to SLA printers with DLP technology). We have collected a wealth of information about 3D printer and resin settings for better user comfort and to achieve the highest possible print quality.
