Dental cast
Dental resin for printing models or for direct casting. The properties of the professional resin guarantee durable high quality results.
Harz Labs castable resin is ideal for direct casting of dental implants such as metal and ceramic crowns and bridges.
Thanks to the negligible ash content (<0.1%) and thermoplastic properties, the resin is suitable for direct casting. the resin was developed to burn out quickly at high temperature to reduce the cost and time of manufacturing metal and ceramic implants. To obtain the best surface quality after casting, we recommend using phosphate-based molds that can be used at high temperatures.

HARZ Labs resin postprocessing
HARZLabs Psyresin Correct Post-Process Chart.
Proper post-processing of HARZ Labs resin is key to the properties of the printed model. You can learn how to print resin HERE. Curing time depends on the type of resin. For modeling resins, we recommend curing for 10-30 minutes. It is enough that the surface does not stick and the model hardens. To achieve maximum toughness and hardness, the dental resins must be fully cured, a time of 30-60 minutes is recommended.
