Advantages of ABAFLEX PETG+ Material vs. Regular PETG:
During printing, the individual layers bond even more perfectly, making the print stronger and more durable.
While maintaining the same print temperatures as regular PETG, our PETG+ filament flows better during printing and bonds layers better.
The PETG+ material withstands a wider temperature range, thus it is printable at lower temperatures and also withstands higher temperatures. The increased temperature range allows printers to experiment with excellent product strength or faster printing.
PETG+ also has improved impact toughness and can withstand greater force impacts without cracking.
This filament is also suitable for printing industrial parts that are mechanically stressed.
Common Properties of PETG:
PETG is among the materials that are easy to print, but compared to PLA, it is more prone to moisture absorption and has minor tendencies towards stringing. Sometimes it is advisable to adjust the printer settings. However, before adjusting parameters, ensure your filament is dry. Stringing can be influenced by adjusting retractions and temperatures.
A very tough material with good thermal resistance.
This filament has universal use and is also suitable for printing mechanical parts.
Its thermal expansion is relatively small, so it does not warp or detach from the print bed.
Under force, it does not crack but bends.
Due to good layer adhesion and negligible water solubility, it is also suitable for waterproof prints.
PETG can be used indoors and outdoors.
RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS:
Use dry filament for printing.
Recommended bed temperature: 80±10 °C
Recommended nozzle temperature for regular printing: 240±10°C
We recommend applying 3D Lac or "stick" glue to the print bed.

FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS:
If you're not printing, keep the filament dry and away from direct sunlight (e.g., in a box, in a sealable bag with a "dried" moisture absorber).
When handling the spool, secure the loose end of the filament so that it does not unwind spontaneously.
When 3D printing with filaments from all manufacturers, we always recommend using a "filament cleaner = cleaning filter", this filter wipes off dust and other potential impurities from the surface of the filament. Dust particles and other mechanical impurities can adhere to the surface of the unwrapped filament due to electrostatic charge, subsequently posing a risk of nozzle clogging.
