Advantages of ABAFLEX PETG+ Material vs. Common PETG:
During printing, the individual layers bond even more perfectly, making the print stronger and more resistant.
While maintaining the same printing temperatures of common PETG and PETG+ material, our filament flows better and bonds layers better during printing.
The PETG+ material withstands a larger temperature range, thus it is printable from lower temperatures and can also withstand higher temperatures. The increased temperature range allows printers to experiment with excellent product strength or faster printing.
PETG+ also has improved impact toughness and can withstand even greater impact forces without cracking.
This filament is also suitable for printing industrial parts that are mechanically stressed.
Common Properties of PETG:
PETG is among the easily printable materials, but compared to PLA, it is more prone to moisture absorption and has minor tendencies to stringing. Sometimes it is appropriate to adjust the printer settings. However, before adjusting the parameters, verify that you have a dried filament. Stringing can be influenced by adjusting retractions and temperatures.
Very tough material with good thermal resistance.
This filament has universal use and is also suitable for printing mechanical parts.
Its thermal expansion is relatively small, so it does not twist or detach from the print bed.
Under force, it does not crack but bends.
Thanks to good layer adhesion and negligible solubility in water, it is also suitable for waterproof prints.
PETG can be used indoors and outdoors.
RECOMMENDED PRINTING SETTINGS:
Use dried string during printing.
Recommended bed temperature: 80±10 °C
Recommended nozzle temperature for regular printing: 240±10°C
We recommend applying 3D Lac or "stick" glue on the print bed.

FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS:
If you are not printing, keep the string dry and away from direct sunlight (e.g., in a box, in a sealable bag together with a "dried" moisture absorber).
When handling the spool, secure the loose end of the string so that the string does not spontaneously unravel. The loose end can be inserted anywhere around the circumference of the paper spool into the "wave" on the cardboard side.
When 3D printing with all filaments from all manufacturers, we always recommend using a "filament cleaner = cleaning filter", which wipes dust and other potential impurities from the surface of the string. Dust particles and other mechanical impurities can adhere to the surface of the unrolled string due to electrostatic charge, subsequently posing a risk of nozzle clogging.
