Dual-Gear Direct Extruder

The new two-stage direct extruder is made of high-quality SUS303 stainless steel, with a 3:1 reduction ratio and stronger extrusion force for smoother filament feeding and more stable printing. Significantly reduces nozzle clogging and underextrusion problems, printing is better than with a Bowden extruder. Compatible with multiple filament types such as PLA, TPU, PETG and ABS.

Nozzle Kit for Better Printing Effect

The nozzle kit includes a TC4 titanium alloy tube, an aluminum cooling structure and a brass nozzle. For better heat dissipation, it is supplemented with an efficient cooler. Fans on both sides of the print head ensure rapid cooling of the print layers and improve details and overhangs of the model.

Smarter Printing Experience

Automatic pad leveling using a non-contact high-precision sensor scans 36 points on the pad and collects real-time data. It then adjusts the Z-axis height to compensate for unevenness. The fans automatically turn off after printing below 50°C, which extends their life and saves energy. The printer self-pauses when it runs out of filament and allows printing to resume after a power outage.

More Stable Printing

Z-axis with double synchronized guide screws and double motor for more stable movement of the print head and higher printing accuracy. Four-wheel V-guide with pulleys made of POM material for more stable movement, lower noise, wear resistance and longer service life.

Ease of Use

Magnetic PEI mat with special coating and flexible steel sheet for good adhesion and anti-twisting. The printing model can be easily removed by bending the sheet. Detachable 4.3-inch capacitive touch screen. Built-in preview of the model before printing and the possibility to monitor the printing progress. The high-performance pad with a power of 250W quickly heats up to 100°C. The integrated LED light bar on the gantry allows easy viewing of the print even in poorly lit environments.
