Proper post-processing of HARZ Labs resin is key to the properties of the printed model.  You can learn how to print resin HERE .

We recommend an ultrasonic cleaner for washing and rinsing the resin after printing.

How long to cure printed models?

Curing time depends on the type of resin. For modeling resins, we recommend curing for 10-30 minutes. It is enough that the surface does not stick and the model hardens. To achieve maximum toughness and hardness, the dental resins must be fully cured, a time of 30-60 minutes is recommended. Casting resins may not be cured for longer than 30 minutes.

How to wash printed models?

For  dental  and  model  resins, we recommend washing 2 x 3 minutes in an ultrasonic cleaner with IPA, but for  casting resins  30-60 seconds in an IPA bath or just rinsing with IPA.

How to filter used material?

After printing, we always recommend filtering the resin using  a 150-200 micron filter .
